Welcome to Intelliprompter! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Intelliprompter macOS application, remote web surfaces, and associated services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Tayzoware ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the application and cease utilizing the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Intelliprompter offers premium features under a subscription model ("Intelliprompter Pro").

• Apple Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased through the Mac App Store are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
• Refunds: All purchases are handled directly by Apple Inc. Tayzoware does not process payments or issue refunds. Please contact Apple Support for any billing disputes.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Intelliprompter application or our API routing layers.
• Exploit the API connections to generate content unrelated to Intelliprompter's teleprompting workflows or bypass usage constraints.
• Use the software to create, broadcast, or propagate malicious, defamatory, or highly deceptive synthetic media that causes public harm.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Services

Intelliprompter utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) and speech-to-text algorithms to assist in generating content and providing scrolling features.

• Accuracy Acknowledgment: AI models may occasionally produce incorrect, inaccurate, or inappropriate text. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any AI-generated scripts before performing or publishing them.
• Third-Party Liability: We are not responsible for the uptime of third-party platforms utilized within the app, including YouTube APIs, Google Authentication, or upstream enterprise AI providers.

5. "As-Is" Service and Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelliprompter is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", with all faults and without warranty of any kind. Tayzoware hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions, express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the application will be completely uninterrupted or error-free during live broadcasts or performances.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tayzoware, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption (e.g., failure of the prompter during a live event), or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tayzoware operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
